Minimum Stays: During the Ski Season, seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday applies. Other rental periods may be considered on a case by case basis.

Payment Options: We accept traveler's checks, cashiers/registered checks, personal/business checks, or money orders, in $US only.
Payment Amount: All nightly rates are subject to taxes and are based on a 7 night minimum stay. An additional turnover fee of $150.00 is charged for rentals of less than 7 nights.
Deposits: 50% of the total cost is due at the time of the booking and must be received within 7 days in order to hold your reservation. For the Holiday Season and President's Week, the final payment is due 120 days prior to arrival. For all other rentals, the final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of the booking on reservations made less than 120 days prior to arrival of a Holiday Season or President's Week rental; 90 days for all other rentals. A $500.00 damage deposit, not subject to tax, is required with the final payment.
Cancellations and Refunds: No refund will be given on cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival, or made less than 120 days for the Holiday Season or President's Week, unless we are able to re-book our condo for an amount equal to or greater than the original reservation rate and duration of stay. All cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 15% of the total rental amount.
Housekeeping Services: All stays of 7-10 nights receive a complimentary mid-week clean. For stays over 10 nights, additional cleaning may be included.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS: Any evidence of smoking or pets will result in loss of damage deposit and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund of rental fees.
