Policies and Procedures
Our Goal is to make your stay with us an "Elite" experience.  We have found that following a few simple rules and procedures will help us to provide you with an enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Check-in Procedures
Unless otherwise arranged, check-in time is no earlier than 3:00 PM.  Late check-in, after 5:00 PM, can be accommodated.  This allows us enough time to completely prepare for your arrival, including all of the little touches that make your stay more comfortable.

Check-out Procedures
We know you had a great time and we would love to have you stay longer with us, but life must go on.  Maybe you can stay longer when you come back next time.  Check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM.  Departing by this time is crucial to our preparation as we thoroughly clean, repair, stock, inspect and inventory each unit.  We greatly appreciate your cooperation.  Please dispose of all food you can't take with you.  We have placed some restaurant take-out containers in each unit so you can take some left-overs home with you. Please leave our tupperware for the next guests.  Please remove and place all trash in proper outside containers.  All of the dishes, glasses, utensils and cookware should be left clean and returned to their proper places.  Our cleaning staff will handle the other cleaning and linens.  Lock all doors and windows.  See you next time.

Keyless Lock System
Some of our Condos have a keyless entry system.  You will be sent an important email which includes the code you will need along with a support authorization code.  Please bring this information with you and keep it in a safe and secure place.  If you should lose or misplace this code and require a new code, there will be a $35 new code issuance fee.

Towels and Linens
We provide "Elite" quality towels and linens for our guest's use and only require that they remain in the unit.  Please do not remove these items from the unit and remember to bring your own beach or pool towels.  We have to charge you full replacement value for any missing towels and linens.

Telephone Usage
Local calls are free.  However, long distance and directory calls must be made collect, or charged to your personal phone or calling or credit card.

Outdoor Grills
Sorry, except for Village Hall #13 outdoor grills are prohibited on decks, porches, balconies, etc. of your condominium due to fire hazard.

Damages and Breakdowns
We make every effort to ensure that your condo is cleaned and inspected before your arrival.  However, we encourage you to perform a quick inspection upon arrival and immediately report any damage or problems to us.  During your stay, please promptly notify us of any mechanical, electrical, and plumbing or other problem with the premises. We will make every effort to correct any problems as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, in the event that a mechanical failure does occur during your stay, no refund or rate adjustment will be made.  If you cannot reach us, please contact Island Caretakers at (251) 968-7053 or (251) 550-8485..

No Smoking - No Pets - No Bicycles Inside
Bicycles are not allowed in the elevators or individual condos.  Luggage carts are also not allowed inside the individual condos.  No smoking is allowed in your condo.  And sorry, no pets are allowed due to Condominium Association rules.  However, we can direct you to area kennels if needed.  For the enjoyment of all of our guests, these rules are strictly enforced.  If evidence of smoking or a pet is found, forfeiture of all rent and deposits and immediate eviction will occur.

Personal Belongings
Please guard your personal belongings during your stay.  We are not responsible for loss or theft of money or personal property of any kind.  Also, any items left in the unit are not our responsibility.  However, upon your request and for a minimal service charge that covers our expenses, we will return them to you if found.

Conduct of Guests
We want you to have a wonderful time, but not at the expense of your neighbors or in violation of any laws or regulations..  Atmosphere conducive to quiet enjoyment of our guests must be maintained.  Absolutely, no house parties allowed.  The property must be used for residential purposes only and you must peacefully and quietly occupy the property and not interfere with the rights of other neighbors.  You are also responsible for yourself, your family and your guests, and must not permit any activities on the premises which are contrary to any law, ordinance and/or applicable Health, Fire Department, Insurance Company or Condominium  Association provisions.  Once again, these are strictly enforced and violations may cause forfeiture of all rent and deposits and immediate eviction.

Right of Entry
We have to reserve the right for us and/or our agents, to be able to enter and inspect the condo during your stay at all reasonable times to ensure maintenance and safety of the premises, and by appointment only, to also show the condo to prospective renters or buyers.  We will make every effort to schedule a time that is convenient for you and not interrupt your vacation.

Liability
This is the part we don't like to say, but have to say it to you anyway.  Please understand that we hope that nothing untoward happens to you, your family or your guests while you are staying in the condo.  However, we must ask you to agree that we and/or our agents are not liable for any damages or any injury to you, your family and/or any guests, or to any of your or their respective personal property, from whatever cause arising from your occupancy of the premises.  And that you specifically agree to hold us, and/or our agents, harmless, and defend and indemnify us from any such damages and/or injuries, including court costs and attorney's fees.
