Minimum Stays: During the Ski Season, seven night minimum, Saturday to Saturday applies. Other rental periods may be considered on a case by case basis.

Payment Options: We accept traveler's checks, cashiers/registered checks, personal/business checks, or money orders, in $US only.
Payment Amount: All nightly rates are subject to taxes and are based on a 7 night minimum stay. An additional turnover fee of $150.00 is charged for rentals of less than 7 nights.
Deposits: 25% of the total cost is due at the time of the booking and must be received within 10 days in order to hold your reservation. For the Holiday Season , the final payment is due by October 15. For all other seasons, the final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of the booking on reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds: No refund will be given on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, or made after October 15 for the Holiday Season. All other cancellations are subject to a charge of 5% of the total rental amount.
Housekeeping Services: All stays of 7-10 nights receive a complimentary mid-week clean and daily freshen up. For stays over 10 nights, additional cleaning may be included.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS: Any evidence of smoking or pets will result in loss of damage deposit and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund of rental fees.
