Pam and David Hunter
We live on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, Alabama, conveniently located to the Gulf Shores - Orange Beach area.
Pam has been vacationing in the Gulf Shores area since childhood (well before there were any high-rises). Even before we moved to Daphne, we would drive down from our former home in Atlanta, Georgia to the Gulf Shores area to spend our summer vacations. Gulf Shores is still our #1 beach destination. We love the beautiful, sugar-white sand and the emerald blue water of the Gulf of Mexico.
One reason we love this area is because it is very family oriented. Our two children always want to go to the beach and never want to leave. With all of the kid's activities available -- such as water parks, amusement parks, zoo, minature golf, etc., they always have more than they can do.
David is an avid golfer and he enjoys playing the area golf courses. He loves to take us out in our boat, cruising or fishing in Perdido Bay or the Gulf. Pam loves to go shopping in the boutiques and the Riviera Outlet Mall nearby.
We all enjoy the wonderful selection of restaurants. The kids especially like to go to 'The Oyster House' and search for the alligators. We all love to stroll the marina at Sportsman's Marina and eat at the marina's wonderful Bayside Grill. Try the Cajun Gumbo for something different. Some of the freshest best seafood around is King Neptume's in Gulf Shores.
Because we think so much of the Gulf Shores area and enjoy visiting it as often as we can, we decided to purchase several Gulf front condominiums as long-term investments for our future.
In selecting our condos we looked for low-density, beachfront complexes with amenities our own family would enjoy and chose units representing the very best accommodations in the building. Several of our units were non-rental units when we purchased them and were already beautifully furnished, fully equipped and very well maintained. Other units we've purchased were practically new and have been upgraded by us to meet our "Elite" standards. We plan to gradually expand our selection of units and have added two ski-in ski-out condos in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
We decided not to use a management company and to actively manage our condos ourselves. By going this route, we're able to rent our units at a savings to you. Once you stay at our "Elite" accommodations we hope you will re-book your next beach vacation with us again and again.
